Why Study English at RGIT?

English is the universal business language and Australia is home to the finest English speakers. Today English is essential for technology, marketing, operations and every other field where one wants to build their career. General English (Starter-Advanced)
Our General English or ELICOS program is for students at the starter level. This course is to develop listening, speaking, reading and general English communication skills. Our students will learn with experienced and qualified teachers in small class sizes.

English for Academic Purposes I (EAP I) (Intermediate)
This course is for students with little experience in using English in academic contexts. The English for Academic Purposes I (EAP I) introduces paragraph and essay writing skills, research skills and oral presentation skills. 



English for Academic Purposes II (EAP II) (Upper Intermediate)
English for Academic Purposes II (EAP II) is an upper-intermediate course that focuses on developing students use of English in academic contexts at upper-intermediate levels. Here, students learn academic essay writing, research techniques, presentations and discussion skills. 

English for Academic Purposes III (EAP III) (Advanced)
This is our advanced English course. Students develop an advanced level of academic skills that are needed for successful entry into tertiary studies where English is the primary medium of instruction. Our EAP III advanced courses cover academic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
